Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy
Can I Exchange or Return My Ring?
Absolutely! You can exchange or return your ring within 30 days of purchase. Ensure the ring is unused and in original condition. Please reuse the packaging we provided to support sustainability but purchase a new shipping label at your carrier of choice. Note: We do not offer return labels.
Standard Exchanges
- Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: The ring must be unworn and in like-new condition.

Process:
- Include your order number, packing slip, and the size or style you’d like.
- Package the ring securely (use a padded envelope; avoid standard mailing envelopes).
- Please send it back to us.
- International orders will be sent shipping invoice.
- Damage: Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected.
- Notifications: You’ll receive email updates and tracking info once processed.
Custom Rings
- Return/Exchange Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.

Applicable Fees:
- Custom engraved rings (SKU MB or MTR): $30 fee
- Custom Rings (SKU MB-MTR ): $25 restocking fee.
- All Diamond rings: 15% scrap fee of the purchase price.
Returns
- Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: The ring must be undamaged and in original condition.

- Include your order number/packing slip.
- Use our packaging or a similar secure option.
- Ship it back to us.

Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Rings returned after 30 days will be rejected.
- May be rejected or have fees applied if damaged.

Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Cancellation is allowed before the ring ships. If already ordered with the designer, a $10 restocking fee applies.
Custom Ring Resize/Replacements (After 30 Days)
- Contact us for resizing or replacements beyond 30 days. Fees will apply.
