Prompt Shipping
We ship within one business day after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday/Sunday and national holidays.
Multiple Item Orders
In most cases, when you order more than one item, they will ship together. We do ship from more than one location. If the items are shipping from more than one location, they will be shipped in separate packages.
Special Order Rings
Our Designer rings are Special Order rings that require 5-7 days extra processing time before shipping. All shipments for special order rings may be insured and do require a delivery signature.
Shipment Confirmation
Emails are sent confirming when the order has shipped. Ensure to check spam or junk folders.
Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions are reported to the proper authorities.
